Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes, we do all types of graphic work individually. Click on this page to see what custom work we do.

Select the custom service you need and purchase with information about the work. Your work will be completed and sent to your email within 24 - 48 hours.

How do I purchase a product?

Purchasing a product on our website is easy:

  1. Browse our catalog and select the product you want.
  2. Click on the product to view more details and click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Once you're ready, click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your payment details, review your order, and complete your purchase.

Once your payment is processed, you'll be able to download your product immediately.

Do I need an account to purchase products?

Yes, an account is required to purchase. Creating an account will help you keep track of your orders, download history, and receive notifications about new products and discounts.

How will I receive my digital products?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your product(s). You can also download your products directly from "Downloads" Page (Use your login details).

Once purchased, your template will always be available to you, so you can come back at any time and continue editing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. These include:

Can I get a refund for a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as a corrupted file or a technical problem, please contact our support team within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Are the Templates Editable?

Yes, all the Canva templates (only) are fully editable with the free version of Canva. No design skills required!

Can I use your products for commercial purposes?

Can all POD designs be used commercially?

This POD License grants you the right to use our digital products (e.g., designs, templates, graphics, illustrations) for the purpose of creating and selling print-on-demand merchandise including unlimited to clothing, posters, mugs, and other physical products.

The following terms apply to your use of our products for print-on-demand (POD) services:

  • You may use the products to create physical products that you sell through your own POD business or platforms (e.g., Printful, Printify, Merch by Amazon, Etsy POD, TeeSpring, Redbubble, TeePublic, etc).
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files.
  • You are permitted to sell products with the designs on platforms that handle the production and fulfillment, provided that the product is a physical item.

Is it one time payment or subscription?

You pay only once and get lifetime access.

What should I do if I have trouble downloading my product?

If you’re having trouble with your download, try the following:

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Check your email for the download link and make sure it hasn’t expired.
  • Try downloading from a different browser or device.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Can I share or transfer my digital products?

Our digital products are licensed for use by the person who made the purchase. Sharing, distributing, or selling the product to others is prohibited.
